Located at the Calgary Olympic Park, the Sports Hall of Fame is a great place to learn about other sports played in Canada besides hockey! It also shows that we can compete at the world level in many sports and that we were leaders and ground breakers in many sports. I learned quite a bit while taking in the exhibits... More

I loved it especially the sport simulator but I liked learning about the history of the sports and the people that participated in them and the place inspired me to achieve my sports dreams

Visited the Hall of Fame on the way to Banff. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We all enjoyed the exhibits and there were a lot of interactive opportunities to keep the kids entertained. A great way to see sports history.

My son and I visited this site on a Sunday afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was not crowded which made it super easy to try out the interactive displays. My son shadow boxed with Lennox Lewis and I tested out my soccer skills. There were many outfits, equipment, medals and photos to check out. The eleven minute movie is... More

Nicely laid out. Many of the artifacts were pretty generic but things like Elaine Tanner's goggles and swimsuit were the real deal. Staff and volunteers were friendly and helpful but not always visible. Staff responded very constructively to suggestions I made. Exhibit on this year's inductees was a hi-light. I wish they could have more such as flashback to a... More

Lots of information proudly displayed. Informative and interactive. Short film was lovely. We only visited as we were not able to travel on the ski lifts and the lovely girl on the front desk suggested that we went along. As we got out of our car a shuttle driver pulled up to offer us a lift to wherever we wanted... More

Really nicely arranged, and some really great artifacts and information. We were there for an hour and a half (before closing) could have used more time. We were the only people there and got to do a lot of the interactive activities. The only reason they did not get five stars is most of the interactive stations were out of... More

It was really great to see many of Canada's best athletes that you have heard of, BUT one of the cool things is you get to see all of the athletes that you have never heard of or did the special accomplishments before your time.
