I guess the city lets people leave their cars here and bike into downtown. This means the north parking lot is completely full by before 9 am and stays that way all day on weekdays. I'm surprised there isn't dedicated parking for people who actually...More

There are flush toilets and a coffee shop at Edworthy walk. We walked along the river to Eau Claire Market, crossed the river on a pedestrian bridge and walked back to the park to retrieve our vehicle in the free parking lot. There bike trails...More

Situated near the Bow River, this park offers lots of great picnicking options, an outdoor cafe and a beautiful wilderness hiking trail right in the middle of the city, a must do!

The 93 is about a 5 min walk away.
Have you hiked up the steps on the Douglas Fir Trail recently? The city is saying that's it's closed. Just wondering if people are still doing it. Thanks

I hiked a month ago but it could be closed due to the heavy rain we had on the weekend. Hope you can do it later.
