This is a great science museum! We loved the stop motion animation studios and other hands-on activities, plus the giant outdoor slide is really cool (even for adults)

Went here for one of the adult only nights recently. The regular exhibits at The Spark were interesting, although I suspect aimed more at kids, and entertaining to interact with. For the adult night they had a bar set up which was good but the lines were slow. We watched a film in the planetarium on the milky way which... More

We have annual passes to the TELUS Spark Centre. There is something for every age group. The outdoor BRAINASIUM area is terrific on a nice day (there isn't much shade on a really hot day, however) - kids love exploring here and there are so many ways for them to learn and burn off energy.

I'm mixed. It's okay, but there aren't that many exhibits and between parking and admission it's quite expensive.

Hi raynman59, thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback - we're always open to suggestions on how to improve. Did you have a chance to check out a show at the Dome Theatre while you were here? We also have a travelling exhibition called Star Trek: The Starfleet Academy Experience opening in early 2017. Thanks again for... More

This place is great to bring your kids to explorer and play with exhibits. Even adults can learn stuff.

We were living in Calgary for a while, though it was our first visit to the center as a family. Kids were happy to spend time here, but minding that it costs 70 CAD for 2 adults+2 kids and we arrived 2 hours before the closure time and, obviously, could not try all possibilities (in fact we spend all time... Hi exp0ser, thank you for visiting TELUS Spark and submitting your feedback. We are always welcome to suggestions on how we can improve our visitors' experience. There are many activities to try and things to see, which can make it challenging to fit everything into one visit. That's why we recommend a Gold membership which includes the cost of parking,... I brought my kids here for a home school field trip. They loved it. The energy displays totally supplemented the things we are doing in science and they spent several hours in the maker space. 10 & 12 seem perfect ages for most of the exhibits. The staff was helpful and the prices in the cafeteria were reasonable. If you... More

Great place for kids. Lots of space. Gift shop geared towards those hard to find "neat" toys for kids of all ages. Took in the afternoon theatre, "Milky Way". Over all, there were lots of interesting things to do and play with for kids, but for the adults to spend lots of time in the area of interest, very limited.

Hi Challenger01, thank you for visiting and submitting your review. We're glad the kids enjoyed their experience at TELUS Spark! If you're looking for something to do as an adult, we host Adults Only Night on the second Thursday evening of each month. This is a great opportunity for those 18+ to participate in activities geared towards adults. We're bringing... More

The Telus Spark is a great place to be. It features a child's place; where you can drop off your children, exhibits about energy and the human body, even a workshop to take apart or build parts! Overall, if you're in Calgary its definitely worth a trip to the Telus Spark
