Tried walking the lake side trail, but it wasn't by the lake, more in the forest. Dropped down to the lake beach at the first camp site we came to (walking in a clockwise direction). A beautiful setting, with no other people around. Returned to the main car park. Maybe it's closer to the lake in the other direction? Didn't... More

Great adventure with my friend ! Perhaps fairly early on in the season after a 'wild winter' - had to cross a stream and take our shoes off to continue the trail at one point ?deeper water due to more rain ?, some dodgy paths at the 'lake side' part of the trail but fun times had by all !... More

My husband and I have done this walk a few times with our dog. It's easy and family friendly. A great afternoon out.

Beautiful lake for swimming and fishing. Good government campground. Enjoyable hiking trail around lake that takes approx 1 hour to complete.

Beautiful lake with some lovely secluded beaches that are reachable with canoes that you can rent at the lake. Warm enough to swim in, and we can't wait to go back.

Hiked our way round the entire lake, nice and easy with some great views. Some nice spots that are perfect for getting your feet wet or having a quick swim.

Hick's Lake is a short drive from Harrison Hot Springs. The lake is very pretty, and the fishing can be good (it was horrible when we were there, so I will defer to others on this). The camping is on the north end of the lake, and the sites are spacious. It rains a lot except during certain summer months,... More

I loved this lake. Great walk around the edge, was an easy hike for the kids and sections of it even had some technical broken wood work. Quite amazing and lots for the kids to learn
