Located in the heart of Naramata Bench wine region, Hillside prides itself in proving its customers with the “Ultimate Naramata Experience”. Hillside’s well-equipped cellar, under the direction Winemaker Kathy Malone, produces top quality Okanagan Valley wines destined for many markets. Unique, small-lot, and terroir-driven are terms best used to describe our wines. Our focus is showcasing hand-crafted wine made exclusively from our estate vineyards and other Naramata grape growers.

The wine tasting room is hosted by knowledgeable staff who present our award winning wines to all who visit. Head Chef Brent Pillion and his team at The Bistro serve exceptional, contemporary wine country cuisine complemented by breathtaking views of vineyard and Lake Okanagan.

We had a group tasting here today. We tasted probably 5-6 wines. I found the wines here like many of the other places I've visited in the area to be quite uninspiring. My favourite of the tasting was the Rosé. The winery itself is a nice building with a great little patio for lunch. I did not eat so can... More

Pleasantly surprised when wine shop manger at Ruby Blues recommended we travel up the road to this bistro. Small but only had to wait 10 minutes and enjoyed wine tasting while waiting. Wine was excellent as well.

We spent several days riding our bikes through the Naramata wine bench and it was an awesome experience that I would recommend anyone do. The KVR is quite accessible, and if you are on the road it's meandering so it's a great exercise / boozing option. Anyway, stopped at Hillside as our breakfast wine spot of choice for the first... Lots of parking in the lot, unless many tour bus's and there. The menu for the Bistro really looked good, but we where really early for lunch .Love the 2012 Cab-Franc and 2012 Pinot Noir. This place is a must see.

As like many other winery's, the view... More

Like a number of wineries the food is probably a little more expensive than it's worth, but the view is tremendous. The cappuccino was excellent but too much for a normal person to eat as a starter. The cioppino was OK - the sauce was a bit thin and there weren't very many prawns. Not worth $27. The service was... More
