This was a lovely surprise we discovered while in Tofino. It was a wonderfully maintained trail, and a beautiful rainforest to explore and photograph on either side of the boardwalk. We would definitely go again to experience the tranquility of this trail once again.

The trail on the west side of the road is almost all boardwalk and stairs, and, in this climate with the steep slope of the land here, I am in awe of the trail crews that built and now maintain all this wooden structure. The...More

Stopped at this trail whilst staying in nearby Tofino. It was a beautiful and tranquil experience walking through the rainforest.

A must see in the region. Parking on site. You will love the immense trees. Informative signs to read.

Do not miss this and if you only have time to do one of the loops, do the west one. There are some stairs but mostly, you will be on boardwalk. Stunningly gorgeous.

How do you find The Rainforest Trail as it doesn't appear on the website. How does one get there from Tofino?

It's a short drive from Tofino, towards Uqleut. If you go to the visitors centre you can pick up a free map and all locals should be aware of it.
