We were lucky enough to be able to pick up our trolley right across the street from the holiday inn we were staying at. My wife and I had bought A two day pass. Which was a good thing, because on the first day and give us a good overview of Vancouver and then on day two we were able... More

Trip round Stanley Park OK although commentary very downbeat and most things closed. Driver seemed to be having a race with the rival's bus. Waited more than an hour at the Space Museum for a bus that never came. By that time too late to complete the tour. Poor value. Not a patch on the equivalent in European cities. Wouldn't... More

Whenever we visit a city for the first time we almost always use a hop-on hop-off bus to get an intro, which this tour does quite well. It was a chilly December (for Vancouver) but the trolley was comfortable for us.Through the day we had 3 different drivers and two were very good - locals with lots of local stories... More

1) whilst charming, our guide/driver needed to focus on one or the other. An emergency stop for no reason sent people and belongings flying. He repeated some 'information' 4 times 2) we were lucky to get on the trolley late in the day. Others weren't so lucky. Having clearly waited for a long time in the rain, we stopped, only... More

Its just the worst tour I've ever hopped into. No explanation of sites, "trolley" not confortable at all ... twice the buses broke down and of course no refund for waiting more than 1 hour on cold weather .. DON NOT TAKE THIS TOUR

$45 for a 2 hr. city tour seated on a hard narrow wooden bench on a trolley with no suspension & poor heating for winter months; never again.nice route though.

I booked the tickets one month ahead but not enough seat when I first arrived at the first Trolley. Had to wait for the second one to fit all my group of 6. I was looking forward to the Van Dusen Garden Christmas lights. It turned out we would rather go there on our own instead of going with the... More

Let's talk about how this tour could be improved: 1) An app so that we could know when to expect the trolley--not wait in below freezing temperatures as the trolley is delayed 40 minutes. This technology exists--adopt it! 2) More trolleys or merge with the competitor hop on, hop off bus so that the wait time would not be 45... More

Both times we have been in Vancouver we have taken the Trolley Company's tour. It is a really good overview of the city with live narration from the driver. You can purchase tickets at many of the stops. We have purchased ours at the consierge desk at the Fairmont Waterfront. It is a rather quick tour so you just get... More

It was OK and the 1st driver was definitely better than the rest. The trolley was NEVER on time which was very aggravating as we were standing out in the freezing cold. Trolleys were consistently about 20 to 30 pluss minutes late. Dissapointed since it cost $45 per person.
