I love bridges and when we got on this bridge I was in awe. Gorgeous piece of architecture and everyone will enjoy.

We travelled over the bridge in error after failing to spot the exit into Stanley Park but what a mistake, . A wonderful piece of engineering and a pleasure to use and view from Prospect Point...A must when you visit Vancouver

Gourgeous old style Golden Gate Bridge, honouring the Harbour below, and the cruise ships, who enjoy the scenery, connecting the two sides of the city

The bridge does what it's meant to do...carry vehicles over the water. It does have interchangeable lanes, so during peak times more lanes can be opened to accommodate the largest flow of traffic.

I found a wonderful location in Stanley park to photograph this iconic bridge. It is a beautiful work of art.

Is anything in Vancouver not maintained to perfect form. I'm right outside of NYC and Vancouver just puts it to shame in terms of cleanliness and structural maintenance. The bridge is pretty, and the views are nice. There is a nice view from above on...More

We had seen the LGB from our Stranley Park walking tour but from a distance. Later the next day, Our cruise ship sailed under the bridge and we experienced a jaw dropping moment.

This bridge is beautiful and worth a trip across. Going across only intensified my desire to walk in Stanley Park as you get quite a good view of the walkways.

Cool bridge. Like many things in Vancouver is GREEN. Interesting to view from top or from the bottom. I am not sure when the big ocean liners leave Vancouver, but I have seen 2 leaving around 6 pm going under the Lions Bridge.

Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up
close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy
expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views,
beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical
getaway spot for friends and families, especially as
it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its
best equestrian outlets.

As another reviewer has suggested, if you definitely want to take public transit, you might do better to ride to West Vancouver and walk back south on the bridge rather than walking north on the bridge. There are several... More
