A super aquarium, with really good condition tanks and informative descriptions. There is something for all ages and experiences, whether it is the dolphins, seal lions or otter displays, or simply the quiet excellence of the jellyfish displays. recommended

An interesting aquarium located in beautiful Stanley Park. The aquarium is well laced out with some interesting and informative exhibits. The entry fee is quite steep, but it is a nice way to spend a rainy afternoon!

Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up
close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy
expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views,
beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical
getaway spot for friends and families, especially as
it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its
best equestrian outlets.

Thanks for your replies. I think we'll drive to the Aquarium this time and save the sea bus/city bus adventure until he is older and I don't have so many things to carry.

Very small aquarium, and sadly the beluga whales which were the main attraction have passed away.
