Great for a sunset stroll or a long walk from Canada Place to Kitsilano. Pedestrians should watch out for self-righteous cyclists clipping along with no regard for rules or common decency. Pedestrians should pay attention to the signage and stay out of the bike lanes!

If you are up for a 8 km tour, you can enjoy a real variety of views justifying why Vancouver is such an attractive city... Ocean and mountains around. You can go on your water device from downtown.

Vancouver is a fantastic city for the pedal cyclist, once you get to know the few basic rules of priority. The Seawall in particular is superb, not only for cycling but running or walking. Stunning views of the city, of the North Shore, Stanley Park.

This place has a special location for bicycling and running, but you need to rent bicycle from out of park, and some limited numbers at park.

Wonderful path alongside the water, easy walk and worth your time and risk of tired feet. I walked the length of it. It was cool and misting rain much of the time. Well-traveled until 2nd Beach. Enjoy!

Autumn is the perfect season to visit the Stanley Park seawall. Although I appreciate the value and energy summer tourists add to the city, sometimes it’s nice to have tranquility along my hometown seawall. It’s pleasurable to bike without worrying about crashing into unsuspecting visitors...More

No, they are the same path, just cyclists have to stay on one side and pedestrians on the other, for safety.

Yes I would agree take a minimum of half a day to cycle round the seawall. You will want to stop and take in a lot of sites, food , ect. If youre there you probably wont want to leave too soon anyway!
