We stayed at Fairmont hotel at airport and used the SkyTrain as access to Vancouver downtown and waterfront. Highly recommended as is convenient, efficient and avoids traffic. It is useful if you don't plan to be driving as a tourist.

The trip to Vancouver airport from North Vancouver using the Seabus and the Skytrain is very quick, convenient and inexpensive, even during rush hour.

That’s really all you need to know. I honk it has somewhat limited functionality otherwise but it was great to/ from downtown and the airport. Fast. Clean. Reliable.

From the airport to downtown Vancouver this is the easiest way to go. I lugged my two suitcases and one carryon on the train to downtown. I then had a six block walk to my hotel. The price of the ticket was way cheaper than...More

We were there on a holiday Monday in May. Not too crowded. Efficient and regular service. Day pass was $10 which is more than reasonable. Most stations within walking distance of various attractions e.g. science centre, Gastown, ferries, downtown.

To get to downtown Vancouver will cost you just over $5.60 + $5 for a single trip, if coming from the airport(the airport sits on some sort of island and any fare coming from there, there is an extra $5.00 charge). Going to the airport...More
