Laugh till you cry

Improvisational theatre at its best. You'll laugh so hard your gut will hurt and tears will flow. Great value for comedy with an aerobic side splitting workout.

Took us a while to do a write up for VTSL! This is the funnest place to be in Vancouver. We were happy to attend the Christmas Queen 3, a hilarious rendition of the Bachelor/Bachelorette with the Christmas Touch. Every time we've been to Theatre Sports, every time we've come out with sore stomachs (due to so much laughter). Each... More

How can you go wrong? A great price and a fun first night in the city! The price which is $14 includes front row, table seating, and a drink! The Rookie improvers did a great job thinking on their feet. It was laugh out loud funny. If you get the chance and you're in town on a Sunday night you... More

Husband, not used to improv theater, reluctantly went with me to Rookie Night but ended up having a great time. We couldn't stop laughing. The actors were quick thinking, imaginative, and fearless. A child in the audience was gently and appropriately included in one of the many skits. (Shows other than Rookie Night might not be suitable for young children.)... More

We got lucky. Arrived in Vancouver on Saturday morning and got tickets to the Trip Improvisor show. This was hilarious - made even funnier by the people we shared a table with who were on their second Tinder date. She was an improv groupie and managed to get up on the stage with a tall tale about a narcotic fuelled... More

Got there trying to get into the 9:30 show and they were sold out! Kind of disappointing, but we went to the 11:15 instead... It was still funny but, admittedly by the MC, the performers were 'tired' and seemed to lack energy. It was also a shorter show and we just wished it'd keep going a little longer. Going to... More

I was here on my last visit to Vancouver and I laughed so hard, there was no way I was going to miss it on another trip to the area. We ended up going to two shows, Rookie Night on a Sunday and Off Leash on a Thursday. Rookie night was amazing! What talented performers! It's a great deal too... More

If you like comedy, this is a great place to spend an evening. Two teams compete in a fun atmosphere to get you laughing. Audience participation . The best part the actors could get you to laugh without using the "F" word! Good clean fun.

I booked 6 tickets for a bachelorette party, the website process was smooth and my tickets were ready at will call. I added the drink voucher which was 6$ towards any item and if you wanted to pay more for something over 6$ they just charged the difference. The show was great! Lots of laughs. The theme was Game Of... More

We went to the "Off Leash" show during our Vancouver vacation. It was a free wheeling non stop laugh-in! The best part was when the mc asked for an audience members story of hurt. Well, my partner proceeded to detail her adventure in high heels on a frozen prairie driveway which led to a broken hip but rescue by a... More
