Took the free tour of the Parliament Buildings on the Victoria Day weekend. Very knowledgeable guide who was able to answer some skill testing questions. Found both my grandfather and uncle on the plaques for the assemblies they had been elected to. Tour was free with little waiting.

They spared no expense when it comes to this beautiful building. We took the free tour and enjoyed walking the grounds after. It is well worth coming out around 9:30pm, that is when they turn the lights on outside the building. Gorgeous!

We opted to go on a free tour, and our guide was very informative and very knowledgeable on Canadian politics. The building was also quite impressive, inside and out.

The building is very impressive and worth a look if you have time. There are actors in period costume walking the grounds which is a nice touch.

I have lived in BC my entire life and never had a chance to see the building other than on postcards, and on TV. Beautiful rock work, wonderful craftsmanship and a ton of fascinating history in this building! We just walked around, but the tours looked like a must

Wanted a guided tour but we would have had to wait nearly an hour for the next tour so we took a self-guided tour. Fortunately we were able to listen in to portions of a couple of guided tours. Beautiful building with an interesting history. Worth a visit.
