Whether a person is Christian or not, this beautiful Anglican cathedral shouldn't be missed. Originally designed to copy those cathedrals found in England, it truly is worth a visit. Beautiful stone construction on the outside, to a mixture of more contemporary with traditional inside. Again, a beautiful building to be visited while visiting our similarly beautiful city!

Wow what an incredible experience! We had seen and done almost everything Victoria had to offer and decided to try this. We were absolutely shocked. Pictures do not do this Church justice. It was beautiful and breathtaking and magnificent. It literally looks like something a King or Queen would get married in. The man who works there was so sweet... More

Christ Church Cathedral is somewhat of a hidden gem of Victoria. This cathedral, like all, has a good amount of history. It features the consecrated colours of Royal Roads Military College and other local military units, and other historical artifacts. Beautiful architechture worthy of a visit.

This is a beautiful church equal to many I've visited in Great Britain and Europe. The music is wonderful. There are four pipe organs, important for this organist. The people are welcoming.

It's open every day and you'll find it to be a building, that not only looks interesting on the outside, but even more on the inside with its vaulted roofline. What I remember vividly about my visit was how totally quiet it was (I was the only one there at the time) while outside the noise of the city remains.... More

This lovely neo-gothic church dominates lower Quadra Street in downtown Victoria, If you are lucky enough to be there when the bells are chiming, consider that each of the 10 bells were cast at the Whitechapel bell foundry in London, England with the first bells being hung in 1936. The bells are rung manually by a group of volunteer tollers.... More

This is probably the most impressive cathedral in Victoria. Very nice example of its type. But it is just a cathedral, so not that exciting.
