We enjoyed a day of sailing on Lake Winnipeg. Nice breezes, clean water and nice views of the shoreline. It was a great day. We enjoyed the dock, looking at the sailboats, and talking with the locals after we returned from sailing,

We spent all the afternoon in Gimli and had a good time, even if we were caught by the rain! The beach is wonderful, there is a playground and volleyball fields. The few shops are medium, they weren't impressive but the restaurants are generally good....More
