Lots of vendors. Most of the ethnic food being sold outside did not seem genuine. The Lebanese baker inside the building had lovely products to eat. A lot of produce being sold was not local farm grown (example we saw lots of product being taken out of large food supplier boxes, English cucumbers wrapped in plastic exactly as you would seen in a grocery store etc). Having said that, it had a nice atmosphere, was friendly, well laid out, lots of colour and charm. Love that there was a knife sharpener there.

Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Great to stock up if you are local or in an RV and cooking. On the expensive side but very fresh. Also some crafts. And lots of cooked food options. It was fun to walk around and snack but don’t go out of your way to visit.

A vibrant busy place to check out local goods and foods. Typically very busy and somewhat pricey but interesting to walk through.

The market was a great way to spend a couple of hours in Fredericton. There were so many wonderful foods to try, so be sure you’re hungry when you get there. In addition, there were great plants and vegetables. Lots of great products for sale.

We checked this Saturday market while we were in town. We would have enjoyed it more if we lived here or were staying as there was lots of wonderful produce and local bakeries Unfortunately we were traveling through so we couldn’t avail ourselves. Lots of craft and jewelry products and many yummy food trucks. This is a fun place to stop off if you are in town

This farmer's market is a historic institution and very popular among locals and tourists alike. They have both an indoor and outdoor component and you can find everything from: cheese, produce, meat, seafood, a german bakery, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, kombucha, homemade dog treats, natural beauty products, gift items such as wooden spoons, bird houses, locally made greeting cards and more. The food stalls outside are quite varied with the famous samosas (samosa delite has great ones, $12 for 6), german sausage, Indonesian dishes, Greek food, Singaporean curry noodles, empanadas and tons more. There is one sit down restaurant inside the main building, serving brunch fare, but it looked very crowded. There are often live musicians in the outdoor area which add to the fun atmosphere.

A couple notes:
- Lots of parking attached
- Masking was not mandatory and on the morning I went, most people were NOT wearing a mask and it did get very crowded inside making it hard to maintain proper distancing. So just keep that in mind. There are arrows on the floor to indicate a one way flow of traffic, but people weren't really following that.
- There isn't really any seating. There are a couple picnic tables by the south entrance. Otherwise, people kind of sit on the ground. I sat on the steps outside Science East lol...
- The samosa places seem to constantly have a line up! But it moves fast.
- Bring cash. There is an ATM at the entrance but save the fees and get your cash in advance.

Freddy's Farmer's Market has everything you need to keep your pantry stocked! All sorts of goodies and lots of food trucks for the foodie. Other must see's while visiting Fredericton are Cannon's Cross-best wings, Rustica-best seafood linguine, Picaroons-best craft beer/cider, Claudine's-best Lobster roll, Twenty-20 -best night life/party, and Cora's for the best breakfast. Oh, can't leave out The Cabin, incredible food.

They’ve decided to deny entrance to their patrons based on their medical status. Any business that takes glee in denying food to families should be put out of business. Absolute discrimination.

$10 for a dozen eggs. What a joke. This isn’t a real market, it’s a place to go to pretend you are doing something special, nobody can feed a family with the boutique prices they charge.
