With more than 250 indoor and outdoor local suppliers from along the St. John River Heritage Corridor and across the Province, The Market (as it’s known here) is the place to discover seasonal products like fiddleheads and blueberries , ultra-fresh produce, including organics, meats & seafood, cakes & confections, breads, cheeses & homemade jams, fresh-squeezed juices & New Brunswick wines, artisan chocolates, specialty coffees & beans. Ethnic delicacies, from Chinese buns to Lebanese stuffed grape leaves and the City’s famous samosas, are also a big part of The Market tradition. A vibrant space with one-of-a-kind gifts, colourful and quirky, finds include pottery, jewellery, paintings, textiles and lawn sculptures. Breakfast is served up on site.

They’ve decided to deny entrance to their patrons based on their medical status. Any business that takes glee in denying food to families should be put out of business. Absolute discrimination.

$10 for a dozen eggs. What a joke. This isn’t a real market, it’s a place to go to pretend you are doing something special, nobody can feed a family with the boutique prices they charge.

Always a good place to go on a Saturday morning. We use to be able to walk the outside area with our dog when we lived here years ago but that has changed. No dogs allowed, so we took turns looking around. Miss the souvlaki booth.. it was always my favourite stop. Still as busy as ever and the parking can be hassle but it’s still worth a visit.

By coincidence, I found this place on a Saturday morning – not sure it is open any other day. Basically, within a building and parking lot I saw many indoor and outdoor stalls that contained fresh produce, meat, fish, cheeses and household items. It was well attended despite Covid-19. What intrigued me was the size of the produce. I saw the most enormous bunches of kale – they must have been 2 feet across. Wow!

The Boyce Farmers Market on Saturday mornings is a great stop to buy local, have a bite of local fair or just to shop. Tons of vendors and options here.

We try to go every weekend ! Even though it’s generally the same stuff we love the atmosphere and all the tasty food ! The Kumbucha is our fav but almost tied with the wood fire pizza !! If you go early enough it’s less crowded !
