We hav walked trail from Glynmill Inn to downtown and back; from the Inn pond to Margaret Bowater's Park and back and driven up to crockers road at the Gorge section -- mountain gorge to Harbour front all in one trail!

Absolutely a treasure and it starts right in town. I started in the Margaret Bowater Park and there was a foot of snow all over. Loved it. Part of the trail was difficult to walk because of the foot of snow and part was closed,...More

My family and I stopped on a whim. We enjoyed our tour immensely. An excellent chance to get close to some beautiful train relics. Make sure to donate to this museum.

What a great trail system right in town. Lots of benches to sit at and just look out at the water or the trees. Loved it.

This is a well-maintained trail, suitable for families, along a meandering stream, in a beautiful boreal forest. Need I say more?

Corner Brook is a 4 hour drive from Gander. There is an airport in Deer Lake (40 minutes drive outside Corner Brook) so I would assume there are connecting flights between the two towns. A less expensive option would be a... More
