Signal Hill is a must see when you are in St John's. The harbour laid out in all its glory, and if you are lucky enough to time it right, you just might see an iceberg there!!

Overlooking the city and the sea, visible from everywhere in the area. Superb location. Some historical displays inside, as well as gift store. Lots of hiking opportunities.

Great view of St. John's, harbour and ocean. Lots of paths to walk around on and good presentation on wireless transmission. Halfway down the hill, walking or driving, is a chocolate shop and another presentation area. Signal Hill is within walking distance of downtown St....More

My wife and I had the pleasure of walking/hiking? the North Head trail from the bottom up, just this morning. (Our pleasure rating may change when we wake up tomorrow morning). It is a daunting trail from description and appearance, and may have a 500-ft...More
