What a great place to visit. Not only is the view stunning but the most eastern point of the country is fantastic. Two light houses, lots of steps and panoramic views you want to remember for years to come.

The day was beautifully sunny and warm. Even though everything but the gift shop were closed it was great just to walk around and take in the awesome view. It's a must see when you come to Newfoundland.

This is the most easterly point in North America and a beautiful spot. Hard to imagine that anyone could survive in a boat landing on this coast. You are able to see the inside of the lighthouse keepers residence which was interesting.

We visited Cape Spear National Historic Site this week. Such beautiful, historic site. The first thing that greeted us at the visitor centre was a porta potty in desperate need of attention. It stood next to the visitor centre and was there I believe for...More

This is a great lighthouse located on the easternmost point of land on North America. It's worth going to if not just to say you were there. The views are magnificent.
