The trip around Frame Lake takes about 45 minutes at a casual pace. Watch for the red marks on the Canadian Shield so you know which way to head.

One end of town to the other. Nicely paved for bikes. Playgrounds, beaches, trees and birds. Give it a go

When my daughter and I was walking the trail we had noticed that one of the wooden walk way needs replaced. It felt like being on a teeter tater.

Beautiful trail that lasts between 1.30 hours and 2 hours. The trail is easy and the views are awesome. You can finish or start near the Leg and the museum.

A lot of local using the trail and it is very accessible from downtown area,I enjoy my walk and even crossing the lake. A good exercise in winter.
