Wonderful walking trails with great Atlantic and harbor views. A visitor would do well to photograph the trail map or access it on a smartphone in order to orient him/herself. So many "rewarding views" on hikes require great effort deep in tree cover or through...More

There are a lof of really good geocaches in here, if you are the type to enjoy a bit of a hunt. The paths are fantastic for biking or walking, and the scenery is beautiful, complete with historical buildings. Truly a gem of Halifax.

The park is absolutely beautiful. Areas to sun, play, relax. Memorials to visit. We went to the play Peter Pan, put on by Shakespeare by the Sea theatre group. Absolutely fantastic. Interesting, funny, interactive. Loved every second.

What a great experience we had watching the Tall Ships do the parade of Sail. Great view. The park has good and ample parking but terrible washrooms. There are many benches and tables to have sun or shade. Dog walking , sans leash, stops by...More

Point Pleasant Park is one of my favorite places to go to walk or just admire the gorgeous ocean view. In the middle of a very busy city is this beautiful beach front where the sound of the waves and the beauty takes you away....More
