The Pot Lake Loop (yellow) is heavily used and the trail surface has, to me, become unpleasant with lots of exposed roots to catch your foot. Off leash dogs are becoming an issue too. But the granite bluff at the furthest point of this first...More

This hike is just simply amazing. The view I just can not express how good it is. The trail is very rough. Not clearly marked. Climbing over rocks, trees etc will be required. You will not be moving quickly. There are three loops. Pot lake...More

The Bluff Trail seems good enough as a wilderness trail so close to the city, but: The terrain is very rough and in wet weather would be quite mucky in spots The many exposed roots and the rough rocky trail is really awful for hiking,...More

These trails are very enjoyable for a light to moderate hike. There are several lengths of hikes to select from including an overnight camping hike.

Well marked and moderately challenging trails traversing groomed areas, rocky paths, and wooded areas with tree roots. Took roughly 2 1/2 hr with short breaks for water and photos to do the first loop (Pot Lake). It was a beautiful fall day, so the views...More

The trails are well-kept and accessing it is super easy. It is real hiking, no crusher dust here. It will take longer than you think to do a loop, so bring some food and water, and definitely bring your camera. The scenery is fantastic, a...More

It was our second visit to this trail. Again, we completed the yellow loop. We loved it. The views are amazing! It's slightly strenuous, but not too difficult. We'll be back!

Yes but dogs, or other pets, should not be running at large and should be on a leash. The Wildlife Act applies and there are endangered species in the area - both flora and fauna. (Sorry for the late reply).
