I've been here many times taking camp groups and going with my family. There's lots of green space and always room at Canada's largest, outdoor swimming pool. My only con is that there's very little shade at the pool area. Otherwise it's always a great experience and fun time. Definitely recommend it!

Had a seasons pass for this year ... Did lots of swimming , fishing and unfortunately no camping this year . Always have fun seeing turkeys , deer , rabbits , raccoons etc . Catch lots of smallmouth bass every time I'm there off the shore .

It does have that parking lot type of camping but has a bit of a provincial park feeling with the trees and the size of the park. The roads are paved and good for bikes. The campsites are part grass and dirt. Mostly dirt on ours. Our site had good shade from the trees. Most campsites in the park seemed... More

We figured we take the dogs for a walk along the trails on the Civic Holiday to this spot considering it's only a 15 minute drive from home. What a disappointment! For three people, it's $18 to enter with no amenities. There is a cost to everything when there are better options for a lesser price. I don't even know... More

We booked last minute for Canada Day and even though we didn't have a prime location for our camp, it was great. It's a huge campground. We didn't go to the pool but that's a great option for kids. We went for a short walk on the trails and saw some deer which was awesome! My only complaint is the... More

Brant Conservation Area is a gem just a couple of minutes off highway 403. The highlight is the 1.25 acre man-made lake - essentially a giant concrete pool. The pool could use a paint job, but that doesn't really take away from the experience. Great lifeguards. Great area for picnicking. I haven't seen the campsites.

Took my two young children swimming. Brought a picnic but found we were not able to bring it in to the pool area. No snacks allowed at all. We had to leave our food in the car until we all decided to leave the pool together to eat. We were told we were not allowed to play with a beach... More
