Great day out for all ages. The splash park looked fantastic but unfortunately the weather wasn't the best so our children only had a brief (very cold) dip in the water. Parrot and bird shows were both excellent. The safari is fun and the animals...More

We took the bus (which I highly recommend) and it was a lot of fun seeing all the animals up close. Once we were on the other side of the park there was a playground and a water park. My son had a blast. The...More

Our annual visit to the Safari did not disappoint. Each time we go there is something different to see and the animals were at their best - we find spring best for animal behaviors- first in the gate at 10am-with binoculars and cameras it takes...More

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
When you are driving through the game reserve, do you have to go at the pace of the cars ahead of you, or do you have freedom to stop and go as you wish? Also, can you enter again once you have exited the game reserve?

Well take your time ..the animals aren't that aggressive, however the lioness was sure fiddling with the rear bumper of the car in front of us
Hi there, We are thinking of taking our kids tomorrow (Sept 25th). Wondering if there is a change in animal behaviour at this time of year i.e. will the animals be out and about just as much as they were in the summer? Many thanks everyone.

Because it is cooler, they will likely be more active.
Hello, I would like to know how many hours would be enough to have a thorough visit?

You can get through the Safari in 90 minutes, it is self-paced. You should allow time for the other shows, too. I would expect 6 hours to be a minimum.
