This journey is incredible. You can see and hear the power of the Falls without having to jump in. Be patient and take your time to see the different perspectives offered to you. The historical signs in the tunnels are interesting too.

I was concerned initially because of suffering from claustrophobia but decided to give it a go and it was well worthwhile. Tunnels were quite wide and airy and the viewing that close to actual water was amazing and very loud. An experienc not to be...More

We were able to see every angle of the falls! The maid of the mist (highly recommend), the tour on the American side, and under the falls completed all views! Wear secure shoes as under ground is wet! If you are unstable in walking, I...More

Part of our Scenic Tour of Niagra included a movie where you do get a bit wet (ponchos provided) and that leads to tunnels to take you below behind the water fall where you can look out. Great experience.

We did this tour the day after Mothers day and really enjoyed seeing the falls so close up and even from behind the falls. SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE ONE ON THE AMERICAN SIDE.

There are 3 tunnels to the falls. You can skip 2 of them as you just see nothing as water in front of you. Pretty useless. The first tunnel is one and only useful when you are in front of the waterfall. This is really...More

In my opinion the value of this attraction is the ability to stand on viewing platforms right next to and nearly under the Falls. That alone was worth the price of admission. The tunnels that take you to two other viewing points directly behind the...More

This was neat, but in my opinion not really worth the money. If I went back I would skip it. Also, if you do go, wear something you don't mind getting wet, because you will get wet, even with the ponchos on.

Fun experience to view the falls from a different view. If you go outside (beyond the port windows) you will get wet. The disposable raincoats they give you do help though. Great activity to do!

Place is cooler in May. Carry a jumper/hoodie and/or a rain coat as well. The plastic coat provided by the establishment does not cover your arms and raises with wind. Wheel chair accessible. However wheel chairs can't get to the lower exterior. Last place is...More

It will depend on the time of day I imagine. We did the ‘Best of Niagara Falls’ tour & skipped the entire line for all of the attractions. I would definitely recommend the tour for that reason & because it was nice not to... More
