The aero car is a very unique attraction. I have never seen a car attached to cables before, especially above rushing waters with such beautiful views. The entire ride is only around 10 minutes, but it is a once in a lifetime experience!

Don't even bother. There isn't any whirpool to speak of and the attraction is nowhere near Niagara falls so you can't even see the falls from the cable car! The only pro here is that the guide was a bit of a comic!

we came as part of the Niagara parks Plus combo ticket, easily reached by the WeGo bus. Ride is about 15 minutes long across the whirlpool, crossing the US border each way and back into Canadian territory. Lines were very short on an April week day. woman running the ride was proficient but a little terse.

The idea of crossing a Class 6 Rapid and whirlpool on cables was a bit scary. They go very slow and it was really amazing. It was fun for the kids for sure!

Kept hearing about the whirlpool but could not see it from the road. The whirlpool aero car take you right over the whirlpool in a cable car. Not too expensive and a short ride. Dress warmly if its cold outside.

We ventured out to this on the recommendation of one of our hotel waiters and we were not disappointed. It's only about a 10-15 min experience; with the cable car travelling between the Whirlpool Centre and Thomson's Point on the opposite side of Niagara Gorge. The views both upstream (Whirlpool Rapids) and downstream (Niagara Gorge to the US Lewiston Power... More

A lovely drive along the Niagara Parkway brings you,to the Whirlpool Aero Car. There are plenty parking spaces and the attraction can also be reached by the WeGo Bus. The Aero Car tickets can be purchased on line, at the site or as part of the Wonder Pass. The views are incredible as you go over the Whirlpool. It stops... More

I remembered enjoying this as a kid and thought my kids would enjoy it as well. It was a fun ride and the whirlpools are pretty amazing. Tip -go early in the day -make sure you get a midway pass and get a better deal
