A walkthrough would be no fun. Our tour guide bought life into this beautiful Georgian home of the 1800s. She gave out every possible piece of history associated with each and every aspect . .. ..It could be a piece of furniture or a simple...More

This location can only be seen by going on the tour. It took about 35 minutes to do the tour. It is a great demonstration of how the "rich" lived before televisions and the internet. There were a lot of impressive antiques in the house....More

Interesting place where the scones were delicious but pricy. Also the tour in the house was nice and interesting to see how people must have lived there years ago. It was not that different from old Dutch houses

Good tour for any seasons we've gone. Tea room is bright and sunny, food is good, staff are very friendly. Just a tad pricey in the tea room - save it for a special event

Loved the quaintness, relaxed and a great cup of tea! What a nice way to spend a couple of ours together and share a plate of sandwiches and treats!

This is the only home that did not get burned when the Americans burned Niagara-on-the-Lake to the ground and made the Canadians (then British) go and set fire to the White House and the Capital Building in Washington DC. Nice afternoon tea.

The brides parents arranged for the selection of food. Different teas were exceptional. Service was very friendly and assisted with choosing different teas.

Enjoyed our visit here. The house is well preserved and interesting. There is also lots of parking on the grounds. We had a nice stroll around the grounds as well. Not crowded when we visited which made it more enjoyable.

I'm not sure when it opens, but we went at 12:15. They start the tours once an hour at a quarter after the hour. So I would come near when the tour starts. The tea room was also open them as well.
