A must see when in NOTL. So many displays ranging from First Nations right up to the Syrian refugees. Best part was the photos set in two different eras (1900s to 2008?)- would recommend updating that picture as many stores have already changed since then....More

With so much history in this small town the Museum is a wonderful asset to learn about its history. The exhibits change annually- I liked the WW1 artifacts as Niagara on the Lake was a summer training ground for Canadian troops (in both wars).

We joined the guided walk provided by the museum which is relatively inexpensive and includes entry to the small museum itself. We found the whole experience very interesting and absorbing - you really learn a lot

If you come to the Niagara region and are interested in history, particularly the War of 1812, you should visit this museum in the historic district of NOTL Lots of artifacts from that period and others.
