We were riding our bikes along the recreation trail and came across this place. Not only is it free but they have something for everyone. It would be great to explore this more and look around. Definitely stop by if you're in the area.

Getting out of season when we were there - second week of October, a bit windy but still worth the walk.

Niagara on the lake has several wineries. It had a small town feel with local shops and eateries. The area is very scenic and lush with nice walking trails. The trails near the lake are nice and the water is beautiful. You can see Toronto...More

What a great roadway to cycle, drive, or rollerblade. Take your time...don't rush it...stop at fruit mkts and farm gates, and wineries... and enjoy.

We took the horse drawn carriage tour through the Botanical Gardens. You can buy a ticket at the Butterfly house. The ride was informative, enjoyable, relaxing & wonderful. This is a great way for the elderly to see the gardens.

This is such a beautiful part of our province! The Niagara Parks Commission does a superb job of maintaining the gardens and parks in the area. A drive along the parkway is a visual delight.

Yes, the Falls are spectacular, as well as the Gorge and Whirlpool, but the truly best part of this region is the continuous park system that runs the entire length of the Canadian side of the Niagara River, from Fort Erie to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Stop almost...More

This bike/walking path has something for everyone. It's safe, easy to navigate, and has some very beautiful views. There are wineries on the other side of the road, a few small local stores with fresh fruit and snacks, and benches along the way. This is...More
