Walking along the Niagara River on a designated walking / bike path is amazingly spiritual as well as great exercise.

Have not cycled this trail for some time, as I had to give up cycling due to a medical condition, but just looking it over while driving along it still looks as great as ever.....

My wife and I first ran down the trail, then the next day rented bikes and rode all the way to Niagara Falls. Beautiful forests and river views. Saw a bald eagle.

Fall foliage was outstanding with great views. We took the Niagara River Parkway instead of the QEW and glad we did even if the trip took a little longer.

Had a nice short walk here. So pretty with golden leaves everywhere and some color still in the trees. Not much traffic on the trails so we had them most to ourselves. Very relaxing.
