I made my reservation and paid online. You can also get a discount if you have a Costco membership. That part was simple enough. They do seem slightly disorganised at the front desk. I had made reservation for my husband and I and our 8-yr old to do the adult course. After taking my son's measurements, they told us he... More

Great location for an active and adventurous birthday party for kids! We held a birthday party for 12 or so kids ranging in age from 6-10 and they all LOVED it! Plenty of parking for drop off/pick up and located in a lovely forest. The kids zip line area is in its own separate section where they are challenged with... More

Great outdoor activity to do with a group! We had a fantastic time. An ideal activity if you are looking for a challenge. The ziplining was so exciting . There are 3 levels of difficulty. You MUST bring fingerless gloves in my opinion. I don't know how people do it without them. Also, a bottle of water that can clip... More

I took my kids treetop trekking over one weekend in July. My younger one is 6.5 so she joined the kids one. The course is short, but not easy for 5 year old. We have kids in the group that were too scared and had to drop out in the middle. My daughter got to do everything twice and she... More

We got there and weren't really given a very FRIENDLY greeting by a larger guy with a beard, seemed irritated through the entire experience. Our guide Cody was AWESOME, so much fun, patient and very thorough! I wasn't able to do the course due to an injury but my boyfriend did the entire thing, and they really did the layout... More

We've been treetop trekking before (in Huntsville) so we had some expectations going into this, but I will try to keep my review objective. On the website they recommend you call ahead to reserve spots, otherwise it's first come, first serve. I called ahead but that didn't seem to matter - no one asked me when we got there and... More

This was our third visit to Treetop and once again everyone had a great time. We had a group of teens (14,15, and 4-16 yr olds). Staff are really friendly. Gearing up does take some time but staff are very thorough and helpful. Like the attention to safety we saw throughout the day. Training can take some time especially if... More

Visited with my girls aged 10, 12. They had a blast on the adult course. Moderate to difficult, definitely not for beginners. The 3rd course is a lot harder than the first two, and My daughters finished it in two and a half hours, but three hours is the norm. The staff were very professional and helpful. I had tried... Staff were helpful, courteous, except for the guy working on the platform at the end of the zip - he banged the girls' heads upon landing. I could not do the Big Zip as I don't have enough arm strength to go up the rope ladder at the beginning, but they had a great time, and would go again for... More
