A small Park in downtown Oshawa. Located next to the car Museum. On the monument lists the names of the residents of Oshawa died in the first and second world wars and in the Korean war. Visible concern for the memory of fallen soldiers.

Memorial Park is a lovely, treed park on the south side of downtown Oshawa. Great for a picnic. Concerts in the bandshell are usually quite good. Once the sun sets, I wouldn't go near the place. Well known as a drug haven after dark.

This is a beautiful little park in the centre of the city but the problem is the people that hang out here all the time. Not a place you would want to bring children. Crimes are committed there a lot and the homeless claim certain...More

In an otherwise gritty part of town, this can be a nice spot for entertainment. I would only go there during organized events like Remembrance Day or Concerts.
