Architecturally, this building is made of materials from all over the country, and is absolutely stunning. I particularly enjoyed the Canadian and indigenous art, but there is an extensive European and American collection as well. Be sure to check out the Rideau Chapel!

Housed in a modern building there is a very extensive and interesting collection of national, indigenous and international art. Good native art pieces. Wide representation of 20th century Canadian landscapes ( group of 7). Several very fine French impressionists.

I see some works of a few great artists. Worth to spend a few hours. The boutique shop on the first floor is also good.
