This is the worst club we have ever been to. Not to mention someone got SHOT last year. The thing that pisses me off most is that, the promoters discriminate who they hand out the flyers to. We had the pleasure of observing what was going on, the blonde and the Asian girl who apparently were the promoters, pick the... More

We have gone to this club in the past and had a good time, the music was good, bouncers were great but the best part of it was the outside deck which is accessible in summer. Their drinks are a bit overpriced, but the experience has been worth it in the past. However we went there for NYE in December... More

This place is a complete dump that is frequented by nasty looking women and wanna be thug gangsters. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

This club USED to be great. I would not recommend anyone to go there anymore, it is pretty dead and you might as well play music off of an ipod. Also, if you order any premium vodka such as grey goose that it should taste smooth and it does not give you hangovers. Be aware that they mix it with... More

The environment of this club is similar to a run down after hours club, like the late Film. They hire the most obnoxious front line staff like the emotionally unstable blonde that works the cash counter on Saturdays. This place represents the death of a weekend night

C lounge sucks! The staff are rude, the drinks over priced and the dance floor is so small. What an awful atmosphere! I came from a music jam and had my violin with me so i put it in coat check. The coat check lady was handling the violin ($1000 value) with such force. I asked her if I could... More

This place it´s really pretty, during the winter time it´s the best time to go. They have this beds outisde and the fire(fountain) Decoration it´s nice and classy. Not happy about the crowded, too young, drunk, miss behaving. Detracts the place. with such beautiful decoration and installations they should direct the place into a different public

I liked the atmosphere and openness of C Lounge; my dislike is personal and doesn't reflect on this place but an obnoxious, fall down drunk lady smashing my foot on the dance floor!!

I actually "dragged" my boyfriend to go to C Lounge with me on Vday this year and although he was reluctant at first, we both ended up having a great time there. One thing that I liked the most was Blond:ish being the special Dj that night - not only were they superb and made the party more fun, in... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
