It is a shopping centre, the rest you should've known. If you are visiting Toronto, this is the only shopping centre in downtown Toronto, central location, good selection of stores, you decide if you wanna go.

Has all the big brands such as H&M, roots, Victoria secret, banana republic, Kate Spade, Club Monaco etc but lacks lesser known or more unique brands/boutiques and quality eateries. Easily accessible via public transport.

yes, but a bit pricey. cheaper rates are available near the waterfront, if you don't mind a 20' walk.
