This is beautiful park. It has a recreation centre with washroom facilities. The park has: a splash pad, playground, amphitheater and a ski lift. It is a great place for a picnic with bbq grills and lots of trees for shade. Get there early on weekends as the parking lot gets really busy. There are a few ice cream trucks... More

I honestly Never had much interest before in hiking through this park, but as I got older, I became more and more interested in getting to know Earl Bales Park better. Today was the Perfect Day to visit the park! We had plenty of sunshine and the weather... More

Great for beginners. My kids all learned here. Nice to have an option in the city. Lessons often cancelled due to lack of snow.

There is only one small hill but considering its so close to my area you can't really go wrong for 20 bucks. If you don't want to make the shlep all the way to blue mountain; this is a good little hill to get your ski/snowboard fix

Now with brand new 4 person chair lift, this park got better. This park is located in the city, easy access from TTC, a very good place to commute and learn how to ski before hitting up to the big hill.

City-run park that's good for picnics and BBQs summers and downhill sports winters. Spared of privatization through the Ford mayoralty, it's due for a chair lift upgrade and possible new non-winter activities for the 2012-2013 season. Chalet weeknights and weekends is quite a cozy zoo of parents waiting for their kids' lessons to end. Rentals are available, as are season... More
