You can go there at different times during the day to see the changing aspect of the square. Impressing at night and if you have the opportunity of attend a concert or fireworks there you will be amazed.

No, but you can try to find a parking on the street. It's very easy by metro and it's not expensive.

I am not sure that they shut off if they do then it would be in the wee hours. I have been there at 12 ish and lit up. So evening shots are popular.

Unfortunately the latest we have been in that area was dusk. However I believe would stay lit till late as the area is close to entertainment district and gets walk thrus Hopefully someone that has been in the area late... More
