Learn about the birth of Canadian Club whisky and the history of Hiram Walker. You will experience a guided tour through the original 1894 office building, a replica of a 16th Century Italian Renaissance Palace, highlighting the periods of the Prohibition Era. We’ll visit the Speakeasy and see where the gangster meetings took place, the boardroom that now features group of seven paintings, and the sampling room that outlines our key markets. The tour also includes a formal whisky tasting.

We went there with friends of ours about 1-2 years ago. The tour was excellent. You learn a lot about the history including Al Capone. At the end of the tour you get a sample.

The tour of Hiram Walkers is a great piece of our heritage. I found it most interesting. Doesn't take long but to learn how it all came about was informative.

This has been one of the must-dos every time I am in Windsor (I live in Michigan). Now that the owners want to close it down, it's just depressing. The history of this beautiful building, the Canadian/American history attached to it, HIram Walker's family's history,...More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour! You could tell that the staff really enjoyed their jobs! Hoping something will change and they save this gem. Too beautiful and full of history to lose!

Planned for weeks to hit their tour. Was told no reservations were accepted. Got to the door and sign says sold out. Found out that the DID take reservations. Poor customer response from the front desk. Really disappointed.

Not sure how much longer this building will be offering tours to the public. It is a beautiful old building well worth a visit. The rooms have been left as they were in the day that the family was living and working here. It will...More

Unfortunately they ended their tours the end of April. We are holding out hope that they find a way to reopen for tours. It will be a shame if they do not reopen. It is a beautiful facility full of history!
