Amidst the many Catholic Cathedrals and Basilicas in Montreal we ran across Christ Church Cathedral which is an Anglican (Church of Canada) Cathedral. Nice church in a very bustling area of the city.

I'm not sure why this address is listed as Union Street - the church sits facing busy Rue St. Catherine. When one sees the cathedral designation, one pictures a large church. This church is surprisingly small, in a good way. Instead of being huge and...More

Chuch well designed and kept in a state so that a group of people like getting into it. Quiet, fresh by a 25C day. Good pictures to take.

We went to visit Christ Church after the Basilica, and I am glad we decided to visit. The church is beautiful, and has it's own history and architecture.

Super nice cathedral. Really beautiful. Small and elegant. Concerts are often held there and that is amazing. This month quite bit of piano concerts. Really nice.

The Cathedral has really amazing interior design. The statues and decorative arts on the walls are beautiful. The ceiling and windows designed very artistic.
