Good crowd (mostly young people in their 20s-30s). Tried a couple of cocktails, which were tasty and not too strong. The place looks a bit like a jungle, with plants covering all walls up to the top. It's a good place to go out in...More

Authentic, old-school Montreal pub on a side street near the UMQA. Wonderful back bar surrounded by ancient vine covered walls. You can just hear the Canadiens games on the TV's while Labatt 50 is being served up, but modernized. Great service and attitude. Highly recommended,...More

Excellent Place for brews. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. They do not cook food. It's like take out service. You order (they give you menu) from another restaurant and a delivery person brings it to you at bar. Food is fair.

Visiting the Just For Laughs festival and needed to cool down before the show at the nearby St Catherine theatre and was recommended to this place. Cool, *cool*, dark inside with a gorgeous patio outside, this place was perfect for a pint

Came on a Sunday evening for drinks, loved the ambiance and the music. Good for all the rockers out there. Service was so-so but the drink selection was nice. Prices were what you'd expect from Montreal. The atmosphere and the setting alone is enough to...More

It actually breaks my heart that the management and service staff are, year by year, ruining this awesome place. It used to be a place that I would recommend to everyone. But more and more, I've been quite embarrassed to bring anyone here because of...More
