What a sight to see! Such fun for kids--and grown-ups--with ice slides, ice glasses...seriously, how did they make everything out of ice?! The deluxe rooms were so beautifully carved with such creative themes. A short drive from Quebec City; worth the admission for such a unique experience! So glad we visited in winter.

although the hotel is 30 minutes away from town, it's worth the detour ! everything is made of ice ! seats, beds, dishes ! the sculpting skills of the staff are unbelievable !

Very interesting. Not sure I'd spend the night here but definitely worth a visit. The ice sculptures were awesome. The chapel was also quite interesting.

I highly recommend that you get there early and had lots of time to tour the rooms before the crowds. The tour was excellent - very friendly and informative. We bought the lunch package and it was excellent value. It was such a delight to see something unique experience.

We went in the coldest weekend of the year, and were freezing our toes off, but still could not get over how interesting the whole concept of this hotel was. It is worth it to plan a trip to Quebec City in the winter just to catch a glimpse of this incredible hotel.

Amazing to see a hotel made of ice, where even the vodka drinks are served in ice glasses....who needs ice cubes? Please note that this does not exist during the hot summer months, so don't go trying to find it! Come back in January...... :-)

Was a gift and what a fun experience this was staying here at the Hotel de Glace. Well worth it, and they did advise best thing for you to do is go to the hot tubs relax and enjoy and when ready slowly go to bed. And yes slept like a log and enjoyed ourselves alot. Would recommend for anyone... More

Great to see. Have a drink in a frozen ice glass. Take a look at all the rooms. Very impressive each one has a different theme.

This place was totally cool. This year's theme was a river runs through it. Great ice slide and the tour guide was great in explaining how they construct the hotel each year. Who knew that people who build sand castles professionally are the same people who build this hotel every year. Never knew that ice rooms are so sound proof.... More

We visited the Hotel Glace on the day before it was scheduled to close for the season - still fascinating, especially for a southerner who rarely sees ice or snow. The sculpted rooms and furniture were fascinating. Be sure to take the guided tour, and if kids are with you, let them play on the ice slide.
