Nice and quiet harbour, with plenty of restaurant with sea food, not crowded. Beautifull scenery from view point.

A cute little village at Cap Corse, with lots of little places to eat freshly caught seafood, but open only during tourist season.

You could be in Cornwall if it was not for the weather and warm sea!!
A very pretty harbour loads of places to have a drink and eat and nothing else.
So plan a visit around your lunch and eat at The Langoustine

Centuri is a very attractive fishing port. It is very small, but well serviced by a variety of restaurants, bars and hotels in a variety of price categories. Very attractive and photogenic coastline and port. Well worth a visit, either for a day or for a longer stay. We have stayed for a week several times, and will be back again.

We made a full day car tour around Cap Corse and made a stop here to see the little port village and to have lunch at one of the several restaurants. Fantastic!

We arrived at Centuri by boat which gives a wonderful first impression of the quaint harbour. We got there at about midday and had 3 hours to explore which was just about the right length of time.
We had a wander around first to get our bearings. There are bars and restaurants all around the harbour area, plus two shops selling basic food and a few other bits and pieces. Then there are little side streets winding up away from the harbour. It is full of olde worlde charm ,picturesque and rustic.
All the restaurants serve fish and seafood as Centuri is a working fishing harbour. If like me ,you're not keen there's plenty of other choices - pasta with meat or vegetarian sauces and pizzas.
After a leisurely lunch overlooking the harbour we found a cool place to sit for awhile up by the little church surrounded by some very impressive cacti and with a view out to sea.
Then we strolled back down to the harbour and walked a short way to the left to explore the natural area which leads down to a beautiful stretch of coast with rock pools and small coves. There is a large car park above the coastline if you've braved the windy roads and arrived by car or motorbike.
After half an hour or so enjoying the unspoilt beauty we bought some delicious ice creams and returned to the boat for the trip back to St Florent.

Lovely quaint port and worth a visit if you don't mind driving down a narrow 4km road through houses and bends to get there from the top main road round cap corse! When you get to the cross road bit both to port take the LEFT hand road to the parking as we took the right and came to a dead end and had to take a very narrow road to the right and try and turn round! Lots of lovely restaurants there and lovely little port to wander round! The two shops were rubbish so don't expect to find lots of great souvenirs etc!!! Nice little beach cove (not sandy)for a dip in the clear sea! I wouldn't want to stay there, poss one night, but otherwise a nice place to stop off on your trip round cap corse for lunch!

We were here in june and arrived in the afternoon. It is probably most busy during lunchtime. When we arrived it was not very crowded. It’s a beautiful little village with a small harbour. Seceral good restaurants around it.

What a fab place. Really authentic, very much a working harbour . It was great to see a place that hadn’t been commercialised. Plenty of restaurants and places for drinks and coffee plus 2shops.
