I hadn't been back here for over 10 years and had forgotten just how special it was. The displays have been well thought out and are all beautifully done. Each section is filled with detailed information about the marine life and their environment, with lots of interactive and educational areas for the younger visitors. The walkway under the sharks and... More

Amazing aquarium located next to the harbor. Wide array of marine organism and knowledgeable staff explaining the anatomy & habitat of jellyfish. Amazed by the tank in shipwreck coast with huge sharks, rays and sea turtle. A great place to spend the day with family.

If you happen to visit Perth, and wanted to see some iconic Australian marine creatures, but don't have time or money to travel across the country, don't worry, you can do it in less than a day in AQWA. Simply put, this place is amazing. The collection of sea animals are quite amazing, albeit I have to admit, compared to... More

Six years ago I booked myself a snorkelling trip in the shark tank unfortunately I wasn't able to go due to family circumstances but this time I booked up and was determined to go and what an experience, The dive master Cheryl was brilliant explained everything we needed to know clearly and precisely so that we could enjoy our time... This is an exceptionally well thought out and maintained attraction. Everything it signed and explained well with a great variety of fish, corals, sea dragons, jellyfish, massive rays, sharks and even turtles. The area with the viewing tanks overhead has a circular escalator to save you walking, but there is also enough room to hop off to take photo and... More

Located at Hillarys. but a bit hard to find due to the lack of signage. $198 for 6 adults and 4 children (6, 3, 2 + 1), but worth the price. Sea rays, small sharks, turtles and assorted fish glide over your head while traveling through a plexiglass tunnel. The other exhibits were enjoyed by all, particularly the children.

A well thought out aquarium, with lots to see from the Western Australian coast. Children will love being under the sea with the fish swimming overhead, and there's a get up close pool. There is a café, but it seemed a little expensive for a family. But a thoroughly good day out.

This is a first class aquarium split into various aquatic regions. There is a stunning underwater tunnel with a moving walkway which you can step off if you wish to take longer. There is a touch pool for younger children with viewing funnels and masks. The restaurant is good and value for money bearing in mind it is a captive... More
