this park is only a 10 minute walk from the Joondalup shops, there are always lots of kangaroos and the bird life is sensational. The parrots will eat from your hand if you stand still long enough with seed in your hand, there are plenty of nice walk and bike paths to stroll along, there is a decent small jetty to look over lake Yellagonga.

this is a lovely tranquil setting with about 100+ parking bays, free for a couple of hours as well.

Free gas BBQ facilities as well + children's play area that is big, ideal for family get together

Fabulous park for all ages.

Great playground in the middle of the park. The rest of the park is grassed areas with footy goals and walking paths great for prams, bikes or just walking.

Toilets located on site. Just needs a coffee van

A great local park, plenty of shade, bird life, and an adventurous play area. How lucky to have a green space in the suburbs, for kids young and old to enjoy.

This beautiful park has a number of attractions. Many families take advantage of the large open space for games like cricket or football. An adequate childrens park is incorporated and a toilet block is nearby. Periodically a free concert is put on by the Joondalup shire featuring some of our popular local artists. This we have enjoyed a number of times taking a picnic and sitting for the concert. A pond with ducks and other wildlife is at the Northern end of the park.

I am absolutely in love with this large green football field, perfect place to go to and read a book and enjoy the fresh air or even a family picnic, large play area for the little ones and nicely kept greenery, its just so dang peaceful. I go down to this park as much as i can and i recommend everyone to do the same

Visited with my daughter and young grand children mid week. It’s very popular with young mums & kids.

The playground is one of the best equipped I have visited with various levels of challenge. Well layed out and maintained. Tables and shelter available, ideal for picnic or family gathering. It’s set in the middle of the park so no fear of kids near roads. Plenty of parking.

The lake is a lovely bonus. It’s nicely landscaped and fenced off. Relaxing to watch the birds. Lots of ducks and swans. The ducks are quite cheeky and happy to wander through the playground dodging the delighted toddlers trying to pat them.

Lots of shady trees and surrounding paths ideal for walking, jogging or biking. Bring kids bikes. My grandson entertained himself for ages riding to the top of a path on a slope and cruising down then exploring by cycling around the lake over a small bridge. Got my steps up too!
