I love luxury avenue at the plaza they always have something nice going on there, every time we go there we have hagen das ice cream, also upstairs there's a convenience store where you can buy food, alcohol and almost every thing. There's also a couple of nice fancy restaurants for dinner.

Lots of High end stores in this Mall, but after a hot walk, it was nice to cool off inside. There is a cheap Soriana Grocery Store in the Mall where you can do your shopping or buy food. There is a big Tequila Store in the Mall where you can buy almost anything made of tequila.

The place is really nice. You have the important brands. The prices are a little bit higher than other plazas in Cancún. I was staying at the secret the vine and from there is ten minutes walk

Nothing terribly great or bad about it..nice big atrium and a few typical shops. Didn't end up buying much but a good place to rest indoor and get some shade.

The best thing about Kukulcan Plaza was a retelling of the Kukulcan story in the atrium on a Saturday evening. Most stores here were fairly generic and may spaces within the mall were empty with advertisements of stores "coming soon." Definitely check out La Ruta de las Indias if you go, for some awesome nautical-themed items.

We stopped by the mall initially to visit Soriana to get a few essentials and ended up looking around the mall. This is much smaller than La Isla mall but Luxury Ave (the section with all luxury shops in) was much quieter than La Isla which made shopping easier. Soriana is a great supermarket, with local goods and food. We... More

I wasn't excited to go to the "Mall" on vacation but my travel companion needed a pharmacy so we went in and boy was I glad. The Tequila Museum was a great place to learn about the local tequila, the restarante had the best local food we had the whole week. Well worth stopping in. We got some nice souvenirs... More

Went to the shopping area and walked around shopping for souvenirs for the grand kids. Found way too much stuff to but, it was a nice trip by bus, would do it again

I think this was built to be an upscale mall, but in entering it feels like it doesn't get much traffic. Not really recommended, not much to see here.

My wife and I probably took three trips to this mall since it was within walking distance of Live Aqua Cancun which we were staying at. My wife could've spent many hours and dollars at all of the jewelry stores!
