Active volcano to explore. You can there swim at Taal Lake which is near the volcano. Must place to visit in Batangas!

Rented a minibus and drove about 2 hours to reach from Manila. Quite a few changes from the last time I was there. There is now a theme park and the horse-riding area has shifted. Price per horse now is 350 pesos per hour.

The weather itself makes you want to cuddle because it gets cooler during sunset. Famous for beef soup (bulalo) and fried tawilis, there are many restaurants to choose with a view of the Taal lake. Wear long sleeve or light jacket/sweater at night.
