Hallo, my name is Monica. I have been living on this stunning island for four and a half years and I have fallen in love with the nature, culture, and the smile and simplicity of the people in Lombok. My previous part of life was spent in one of the biggest cities in Indonesia, packed with the hustle bustle of life. I flew to Lombok five years ago and found out a very different pace of life; nature at its best condition providing enough clean oxygen for my brain to work at peace and greeneries to soothe my feelings every single moment; simplicity of the local life enriched my perception about life itself. Most of the tour is operated by myself. What I offer you is a very professional and personal service, broad knowledge of Lombok and Indonesia in general and fluency in English. Life itself is an endless adventure, so on the holiday as the escape from routines, we should make it more than just an escape, because the real escape is Escapade.

I think my picture says all! If you could only see my face you will realize how happy i was fulfilling my dream with the help of this amazing team. I have to express my feelings of gratitude to Monica and Ozan for being part of my journey to Gili Pasir . They are extremely friendly and what i admire the most is their desire to go beyond your expectations just to make sure your dreams are becoming reality. Monica helped me with a lot of tips on how to get from Ubud to Gili Trawangan step by step and showed a lot of patience and attention to details and the same i can say for Ozan who stood next to me through the stormy weather till the sun came up so i can have my best photo shot on gili pasir. What i like the most is that you dont feel you are with a tour company but you feel like you are with a friend all the time, ready to help with everything you need. Not forget to mention the guys that took me with the boat from lombok to gili pasir. All they are amazing! Thank you very much, you rock my world and for my happiness of that trip you are the main reason i will never forget!!!

Once i made a booking for the waterfall and snorkel tour for my fam. Once i got so happy spending the day walking through the small lanes to the waterfalls, getting wet with Ozan at the fall, pose for some funny pictures directed by Ozan and laughing to the jokes in the car. Once i got to enjoy the beauty of pink beach underwater. Once Monica told me pink beach is for scenery and corals exploration. Once we got the chance to see a reef shark early in the morning. Once we made the epic jumping picts in gili Pasir. Once we got to enjoy the local lunch on the beach. Once when i recall all these memories I would definitely say: so much worthed to book the tours with Lombok Escapade. This tour agent is a rising star.

I usually travel with friend without using tour agent service. But last year when i went to Lombok i gave it a try. Monica was referred by a friend in Malaysia. Now that i am meeting my friend in Malaysia i recalled my promise to write my experience in Lombok. From the airport pick.up to the tour and the drop off to airport again, everything was very easy,safe, enjoyable, and fun. We had very good conversation with Monica and Adi on the car along the way to snorkel in pink beach. One and a half hour passed we were greated by the boatman. Adi was a good snorkling buddy. Monica was a good lobster picker(she made a really good deal with the lobster farm owner). Ibu Adi cooked the lobster and pelecing perfectly. Monica and Adi made us pose in gili petelu and me and friends were so amazed by the result. They were really into photography my guessed. Monica drove on the way back and no matter ot was late she stopped us where we went for.dinner. it was very easy to decide, Monica and Adi are also "foodies" like us. To my surprise, after the tour they still put the effort to made us a beautiful.video capturing all memories in Lombok. I will surely recommend more of my friends to use their service in Lombok. Lombok is beautiful and it is even more beautiful because they have beautiful people like Pak Adi, Bu Adi, Adi and Monica. We will come.back to Lombok.

At first i went through some research on internet by myself. My friend at Church saw me looking for infos about Lombok and he passed me Monica's nunber. He said: "Safe your time and energy". So i contacted the number and in less than one hour everything was planned accordingly to our need. My holiday group was 9 people. As a family man i found this effeiciency really helping because i dont need to spend days or hours reading so many information on internet which sometimes are true sometimes may be out of date or worst untrue. it could be overwhelming. Monica amswered and asked briefly so planned was ready quickly. We had 2 nights stay in Lombok so timeframe should be carefully designed. We were picked up by Ozan from the airport and enjoyed the pottery making, the food of Ashtari, the panoramic Selong belanak, the unique half moon shaped beach of Mawun, the historic side if Sade sasak village and dropped off the hotel. The next day we woke up very early and enjoyed the north side. We explored Bukit selong sembalun the onion farm amd the strawberry farm. We went to benang setokel and kelambu after that. Ozan never left our side. Any issues coming up that day were easily solved when Ozan was at our side. We felt really safe and like the service from Ozan. Certainly worthed! Safe your time and energy and enjoy the holiday.

Three aspects that they have, concluded from my experience having two tours with them-Waterfall and southwest gilis. 1.Punctuality
When this is rare when you book a tour in south asia, the appointed guide-Ozan was always punctual.
2. Service standard
When we snorkeled, Ozan was with us on the boat and on the water. Lifevest were available on the boat. The boat always following us when we were in the water keeping an eye on us. Ozan was always with us on the waterfall no matter he did include the assistance of one local guide from waterfall area. Ozan said this is a way of him supporting local comunity. It appeared that safety is a main concern for Ozan, which was the reason me and my friends went on tours instead of rented a car and drove ourselves.
3. Go extra mile.
There is always something they did for you which wasnt mentioned as included, out of lovely heart. They simply are happy when they see you happy. I was served with coconut on the boat which wasnt mentioned on the web. It was manggo season and Ozan took me some mangos from market knowing that i reall like mango. We went to Nanggu kedis sudak but would like to have dinner in matara. He was patiently waiting for me to have dinner in Mataram no matter it was not on the initial itinerary.
It is by these things alone that i have been able to say that they are simply the best tour provider you should go with if you ever come to lombok.

Marsono took us on a custom cultural tour through Lombok. He was early to pick us up, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He taught us all about food I had never seen before in the market, helped us order amazing, authentic Lombok food, and patiently waited as he set us up with the best guides at temples, villages, pottery factory, a mosque and more. I felt so bad when I left my sunglasses in the car after the trip and he turned right around to bring them back with a smile.
There is no way that we would have been able to do all the things we did and learn what we did without Marsono.
As people who normally don’t do “touristy” things, trust me when I say, book a tour through Lombok Escapade for an authentic, amazing experience!!

I was totally blown away by the days me and friends spent in Lombok. It was started by the arrangement made by my friend who had used Lombok Escapade services before. He made two days arrangement for us included airport pick up and drop off. We arrived after the dawn and there the escapade went on. Nothing could go wrong with the sincerity of Adi. Dinner stop-which was not on whats included but he was offering to stop us somewhere local along the way to Senggigi. And the local food Rembiga sate didnt dissappoint at all. Big fan of it indeed. First arrangement was Sembalun. The journey was filled with photoes taking of awesome scenic places, the bukit selong was the highlight for us, the strawberry in the farm was in season, he actually made also a stop in onion farm which was interesting, the pergasingan hill from a distance was beautiful. Lunch stopped was on this levelation and it was really taste-we started to fall in love with spicy lombok fried fish with pelecing kangkung. Adi then took us down to get to the falls. There were actually 4 that we saw but Adi said most of the time people only mention Setokel Kelambu. The trek was'nt as easy as i imagined (Adi started calling us city people-which was funny). After 45 mins walking we were wet and Adi was busy making us picts and videos and he was wet too. He noted that we were hungry and cold so he was asking us to make a stop close to the entrance sipping a cup of coffee lombok whilst the black monkeys was seen from the stall. The day ended very fast because we really enjoyed every moment of it. Safe and sound we went back to our hotel. Too tired to get dinner out of the hotel but Adi was still full with energy offering to take us to Local food in Mataram which we skipped and did on the second day instead. Day two we were a bit late but Adi patiently waiting and greeted us with a smile. He was even ready with towels maybe because he knew we would've forgot it. We went to the gilis with a short drive and speedboat. Adi was swimming like turtles looking for turtles. Meno wall was awesome but was pack with tourists. The stop in Gili Air was really nice. We saw 6 turtles and the famoust swing in Trawangan, walked on white sandy beach of Air and had a stopped for sunset in Nipah and tasted ikan bakar Nipah. Nothing could go wrong with Adi at our side. He never done anything by half. And not to forget Monica who has arranged everything nicely and precisely for us. My friend just told Monica what days we would be in Lombok and where we would stay and the rest he trusted Monica to arrange. I will refer more friends to be blown away by the beauty of Lombok and the people using Lombok Escapade's service.

We did two great tours with Ozan and found us on perfect snorkel spots at Pink Beach and the Gili Islands. Easy arrangements with Monica and a patiently Ozan made once in a lifetime experiences.

Lets get started to what leads me writing this to the world. As a group of friends it wasnt easy to come up with one itinerary, took Monica some days to communicate with us but she was really patient and efficient. Through the arrangement made, we arrived in Lombok knowing very little about Lombok and everything went really smooth with the airport pick up by Adi. It was late at night and Adi came up with very good explanation of what we would do the following day, stopped us at chicken Taliwang near plaza. Tour day, we were picked up by again the cheerfull Adi who drove us to the southern side of Lombok. There was a good chatty conv along the way and i came up with a slight change of where we would go. To my surprise Adi was really flexible. We supposed to to direct to the beach, but we changed to waterfall of central Lombok. Adi managed everything for us perfectly, paid all the entrance, the local guide, walked along with us to reach the falls and the thing which was special from.him was that he was the only guide on the area getting wet with us. He made a lot of beautiful pictures of us. Adi managed the timing, we were soon being driven to the selobg belanak
To get a chance by luck to see sunset with water buffalo. And we were very lucky we saw them. Beautiful Sunset added the spice of the day. It was a good day for me and my friends and i felt so lucky to have Adi and Lombok Escapade at our service.

I am totally happy with my stay in Lombok. First reason, Lombok is still recovering from the earthquake last year so it feels good to be able to spend some money to contribute to local people economy. Second, it is so peacefull and relaxing. I think it is going to be the next Bali because it has so much potentials: stunning majestic Rinjani with the lake in the middle, beautiful scenic greenlush of Sembalun and central lombok, wavy blue sea on the south regarded as paradise for surfer, calm ocean called as paradise for underwater explorer either snorkling or diving, and the good asphalt road which is much superior than Bali, and the scenic south Lombok that enchanting a lot of intagrammers and youtuber or just wanderer. Third, because i find this travel agent. Monica replies all my wa quickly and patiently giving all the information i need and also very honest about giving advice. Adi whi turns out to be our funny guide is of course funny and easy going. He kind of makes everything easy for us during our stay. A bunch of friends
