Khao Kheow Open Zoo, for over 32 years, has been a cherished resource located in Chonburi Province .The zoo encompasses over 2,000 acres of the Khao Kheow-Khao Chom Puo Wildlife Sanctuary. The zoo grounds are divided into animal habitats (400 acres), public recreational areas (200 acres) and research area (1,400 acres) which is used for the breeding of various endangered species. It is the first zoo in Thailand to become a member of WAZA .

Great Zoo with lots to see but make sure you allow a lot of time as the Zoo itself covers a large area. 300 Baht entrance fee is a bargain. There are golf buggies to rent but can't remember how much........there is excellent Thai food...More

Yes of course .. you should go to the zoo with the car .. it is very big .. there are some signs to show you the way in the zoo .. enjoy the zoo .. it is the biggest zoo i have ever seen ..

I’m not sure what you mean by tents... it’s just a zoo. And not sure wether they Actualy have a website to book. Majority of day trips in pattaya are booked through a travel guide ( generally on the streets ) or day tour... More
