Take a boat trip over to snorkel with the turtles. Take your time a look and you will see them on the surface as well as below. There are several day trips from catamarans to speed boats. Well worth the time. Once in a while you may spot a ray, but those are pretty rare.

Tintamarre is probably the best experience in the island. The trip takes 10 min from cul de sac and you arrive to a desert island. I prefer this one to pinel as you will not found crowds of people and sunbeds all over the beach. In Tintamarre is just you the beach and if you are lucky the turtles. We... More

Anchoring at this little island, gives you ample opportunity to snorkel and enjoy the beautifully soft sandy beach. There is next to zero shade so bring a hat and pour on the sunscreen or wear that body blocker. Quite a few iguanas on land and hermit crabs scurrying along the dry stony land

What an amazing place! We visited this one day while staying on a sailing yacht - and on our way there from Creole Rock, we got to see wild dolphins swim along side the boat! Then we arrive and see how beautiful this little island & protected nature park is! A perfect little beach with amazing snorkeling! We swam &... More

We went to this place on a snorkeling excursion. The beach area is nice enough, but no better than on SXM, and has sea grass just off shore. Hundreds of people are chasing a few turtles in fairly deep water. We were not allowed to bring shoes, but I wish we could have. Just a short distance from the beach... More

We came with Captain Alan's snorkeling tour. It was wonderful. The south side is a calm place to snorkel, where sea turtles make a nice swimming buddy. The west side has coral reef and under the watchful eyes of the crew it is quite safe to take a closer look at the coral reef formations while drifting with the ocean... More

Stopped her with a day trip of 3 islands with the Swaliga. Turtles were there but you really had to watch to see them and they were big...some at least a meters wide. Clear water...nice little beach. The snorkelers seemed to enjoy the stop. Nice place to stop on a day trip doing a tour not a all day stop.

Turtles, Stingrays, sea urchins, and fish galor!!! You need a boat to get to the island we use Captain Allen's and they were amaizng. There r no inhabitants to the island but this is a sweet spot for snorkeling. I would reccomend taking a boat ride here!

You gotta have a boat to get here! - Bring your mask and snorkel. You WILL see turtles! And loads of other fishes and shells on the sea floor. The beach or bay is gorgeous! Makes for a picturesque walk along the beach! Bring a float and tie off or just let the current float you along the bay... makes... More
