Dog walking

I prefer Buster Hill side of the park for dog walking and the views are incredible. Lots of open spaces where the dogs can run around as well as leafy walkways.

Affordable parking, basic but pleasant cafe area. Seems a great place for families. A few options for wheelchair users or info on routes would be helpful

Had a lovely family walk here today. Beautiful weather and a good stomp around the park. It was very busy today, there was a cycling event on so we were lucky to get a parking space. Kids loved running around between the trees and kicking up the leaves on the ground, good for them to let off steam. At the... More

Lot of different trails to walk, lovely views across to Buster Hill and further. We enjoy a coffee in the cafe and browsing in the visitors centre

We decided to do a basic circular two mile walk, recommended for children, at Queen Elizabeth Country Park on Sunday afternoon expecting it to take an hour or so. Unfortunately the extremely bad signage along the paths and tracks, many of which were impassable, turned our trip with our two young boys into a nightmare. We set off and as... More

Wonderful walks and cafe for coffee Lovely peaceful place to visit. Great to come back in the summer for BBQs and picnic. Plenty of games to be played outside and parks for the kids

We celebrated a family birthday in the adjacent building (to the main Visitor Centre) called The Annexe. Similar to a classroom there was a kitchen where washing up could be done, hot drinks made etc. Plenty of tables and chairs. This was a private function and we weren't disturbed by anyone. We took a short walk into the forest and... More

We came here to do a spot of Geocaching and enjoyed every minute of it. The views from around the park are lovely and the park rangers were all so friendly. We topped of the visit with a meal in the cafe, food was lovely.
